Mind Sport Arena ("the app", "we") is a competitive game for classic mind-sport games. This policy explains what the app collects and why.

Information we collect

• Guest profile. When you play, the app creates a display handle and an anonymous player ID. You are not required to provide your name, email address, or any personal identifier to play.
• Gameplay data. Your moves, match results, and skill ratings, used to run matches and maintain competitive ladders and seasons.
• Online play. In online modes, your handle, anonymous ID, and in-game moves are sent to our game server to run the match in real time.

What we do not do

• We do not display ads.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• We do not require account registration or personal information to play.
• We do not collect your contacts, precise location, photos, or microphone/camera data.

Data retention and deletion

Gameplay and rating data is retained to operate ladders and seasons. You may request deletion of your guest-profile data by contacting us at the address below.

Children

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy; any changes will be posted on this page.
